Overall stay was very good , food and rooms are everage. But AC in our room was not ok , it keeps turning off after every 30 minutes .

worth for money paid. it's an apartment at the back of the palace. The location of the hotel is good as it's within the city. the rooms could have been better.

Just a pretty looking vintage style traditional property on the outside. Airy and green areas. But the rooms need to be redone. Paint was a little off from some areas. The apartment seemed like a home but sans the beauty. Only one socket in the whole room. The service is very slow. Phones donot get answered quickly. Food was tasteless. Not much of a spread they call buffet. Situated in the heart of the city with all major attractions within 15 mins . Apart form the locale and outer beauty, not much on offer.

We were forced to abandon our stay because the property was dirty, filthy and unhygienic condition. The condition it was in was apalling. Last minute booking another hotel was so difficult and we lost so much money. Would never recommend this shoddy hotel to anyone.

Where to start? The rooms were horrible: dirty floors, smelly mattress, moldy pillows, old TV, basic amenities were lacking in the bathroom and worst of all, unhygienic food.

Not even worth . I booked this hotel inclusive of taxes. The rooms were bad, no proper maintenance of the place. There was a huge huge bee hive in the attached balcony. The room was supposed to be in palace but our room was given in the apartment which was behind the palace. No proper parking area. We ordered tea and it was also not good. Poor experience. Never going to book this place again at all.

The location is excellent—conveniently situated near key landmarks making it easy to explore the area. The service was commendable; the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they made sure my stay was comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for good service and a prime location!"
