風宮酒店 (Wind Palace Hotel)

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The shower was broken, making it difficult to have a proper bath. The blankets and towels were old and stained, and the pillows had mold on them, which was very uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty and not well-maintained, which was off-putting. Additionally, the lift was not working during my stay, causing inconvenience. The only positive aspect was the centralized air conditioning, which kept the room cool. I hope the management improves the cleanliness and maintenance issues for future guests.

this is the 3rd th time I was choosing wind palace hotel. But that's not because of the service they provide, but only because the property is in walkable distance to my place of visit. In the 1st time, it was not booked by me. but in other visits I directly booked the property through MMT. In that, the first experience was terrific. the room was very small with a suffocating smell of cigarettes which was not evacuated out even by an exhaust fan. the wash room lacks even basic toiletries and hygiene was poor. There was no phone in the room and the fan was not working. But staffs were so polite and cooperative in the 3rd visit I got a room which was comparatively good. Everything was okay there. But the door locks are so difficult to work. both in the 2nd and 3rd visits, I opted for late check out at 4 pm and they charged different amounts within a gap of 2 days ( ir. 2nd checkout on Sunday -rps 400, 3rd visit checkout on Wednesday -rps 500). The hotel has to improve in terms of hygiene and basic amenities!

Our stay was okeyish, although the air conditioning in our initial room was not functioning properly. After requesting a change, we were given a more suitable room. However, the elevator was intermittently out of service, causing some inconvenience for my mother, who has a slipped disc and had to use the stairs twice. The bedsheet was also not perfectly clean. Parking was somewhat limited. The location was convenient, being near Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal. The staff were kind and helpful.

Good experience and supporting staff. Towels were not in the room has to ask for them. Everything else was good

Room isn’t hygienic and issues regarding cleanliness. Food service is very poor and costly. Linens are dirty and unhygienic.

It is a very nice hotel , nearby the best tourist places Food and service amazing staff are cooperative and well educated
