蘇赫維拉斯酒店 (Hotel Sukhvilas)

In room i didn't recieve packaged water bottle. Washroom was not comfortable, tv not working, ac remote was not provided, kettle was not provided, behaviour of management was disappointing.

the room offered to us was in terrible condition with basic facilities like fan not working, windows couldn't be opened etc. pantry services poor.

Heater wasn't provided even if the temp was around 10 degrees wifi wasn't working bathroom door wasn't closing

Hot water was not available and geyser was not working properly. Switchboards in room were also old and broken.

Pathetic experience, we booked 2 premium room, but we're allotted only one room, staff said adjust it, finally at night were given 2nd room besides kitchen, nothing premium like. Lots of noises etc disturbing night. Staff was forcing us to co-operate them as we booked 2 rooms but they were not having rooms. What we could do as already paid for 2 room, it feels like they charged from us for the 2nd room and they charged it from another too, and made twice of money for the same room. Property don't believe in hospitality, this property is basically nearby a hospital, so, only people who are in medical urgency books it, and they hand over your room to them and ask you to help medical care people on the name of humanity. Cheating makemy永安 and cheating people who books it

Stay was very nice, comfortable and peaceful. Neet and clean accommodation with well maintained staff is also good and polite

Poor room service and annoying staff and manager staff dont know how to treat with customers, name is only sukhvilas other than that there is no sukh in the property

Very expensive hotel with no facilities, even simple complementary breakfast does not have tea included in it, very bad management and staff, even after asking 10 time for a cup of tea they never pay any heed. I was there for a exam and because exam center was close by i chose this hotel. Bad experience and terrible management of the owners.

Room is not good as per commitment commitment, break fast is not given by them day when i checked in they give me deluxe room in a contraction site, i am requesting and offering some extra money then they my room, it's small room with small bed, we are 4 people and it's two we are staying only because my wife is pa-sent and we come only her treatment.
