Good Location and Food, but Could Improve for International Guests
This hotel benefits from a convenient location and offers good food, which made my stay pleasant overall. The dining options are well-prepared and satisfy a variety of tastes.
However, I would suggest the hotel consider expanding food choices to better cater to foreign guests. International travelers often appreciate a mix of local and familiar dishes, as well as clear information about ingredients and meal types. Offering diverse options such as vegetarian, halal, or gluten-free meals, and including some international cuisine could enhance the experience for a wider range of visitors.
Overall, a solid choice with room for improvement in accommodating the diverse palates of global travelers.

They have an issue of booking confirmation and payment issues,i shared them booking and payment recipients but they again saying me you have pending payments!!! so please first update all operating systems!

Hotel managers are not cooperative. I have booked a one day stay here through 永安. But after check out they are denied to Provide the Tax invoice.

I didn’t think this is Sheraton or Marriott related. The towel in the room got lots of stain spots. The covers in the swimming pool bench had so many birds poops those didn’t look new on all benches but stayed for ages.
The gym or spa manager is just talking on the phone loud not taking care of the machine after people used to wipe their sweat and adjust.
There are so many pigeons outside the window keep on making noises. Country of spice should use some spice , herb and smell products the pigeons hate and never come. It is too creepy as the luxury hotel brand to open windows. Whenever I opened windows pigeons flies out super temporary , all come back and porched.
I will not take four points Sheraton if that’s the meaning of four points.
