The room looked clean but the bath was dirty. All the food in the morning buffet breakfast was cold even when i asked for hot food the staff did not offer any solution.

The fridge, kettle, blow dryer nothing was working in the room and even when they came to replace everything that wasn’t working, the replacements didn’t work too. Very slow service too. Food was not worth the price at all. They also charges us 1600 for an extra bed but only put a mattress in the room. When we asked for a refund they refused. There are many better hotels around the Airport so please choose those options like The Fern for example.

Good checkin experience as the young girl from Manipur(apologies i missed her name) was very efficient, cheerful and made thoughtful suggestions. The lady at guest relations was a bit stand offish and unhelpful however the rest of the staff were quite nice. The buffet had a decent spread and the food was fresh. Overall decent stay

I had arranged a birthday party and the arrangement were excellent. It was well organised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They executed the whole event very well and the food was superb in taste and quality. The fresh fruit cake was the cherry on the top. Thanks Royal Orchid for a great party.
