Pros: Loved the comfortable premises of the hotel, good food Cons: Hotel staff didn't respond on time, took very long to clean the room. Also, hotel didn't mention that early check-in is only applicable between 6am and 12pm. This must be mentioned when booking hotels

Hotel shalimar was super stay but albana haveli has poor stay. The albana haveli washroom is not upto mark.

Rooms are in front of the road and constantly getting noises for bus horn, in midnight also we couldn't sleep for the extreme noises. stuffs are not supportive and there behavior is very rude.blankets towels were not cleaned.we took dinner from the hotel.. in the final bill the food prices not mentioned only the total amount given to us.we asked for the breakdown. but they denied.

Avoid hotel food all together. It's not bad, it's the worst. Please see the food pic you will understand. The quality is questionable as in paneer paratha there is no paneer, I guess just they have sprinkler some butter as paneer. The sandwich which should be good, is equally bad as the cheese they have used was smelling and in a salty sour taste. So we just have to throw the food. Hotel location is good just near the bus stand and railway station so communication wise it's good. But hotel rooms are equally bad, which is allocated to you are both opposite to each other. I was shocked to see the room, no amenities just 4 sachets of shampoo worth 1 rs each. Staff charged us 40% of the room fee for early check-in before 2 hours. Staff are non cooperative as well. overall please avoid the hotel.

There were numerous issues that i faced while on my stay for just 1 day washroom lock not in working condition the washroom door was sort of broken from the bottom and not clean rooms are very small and not as big as shown in the photos, photos are taken on wide angle view staff is not good and people with family shouldn't consider this hotel not at all a 3 star hotel, i don't know how come this hotel to be 3 star hotel is not clean and maintained, lot of smell in the lobby area. Light and power issue, backup stopped suddenly due to rain and lift was alsp not working overall 1 rating from at least what i expected i didn't have a good stay at all.

The rooms were clean and tidy however the food was pathetic. Overall it was a descent stay. It was a good 永安 overall, the location is great since it is nearby to the popular market like bapu bazar.
