阿迪蒂酒店 (Atithi Guest House)

My mother stayed at this property, I booked it for her, only for a layover, since it was lengthy. Even for a couple of hours, the night manager, I assume his name is Ramesh, was not helpful in the least. And any help that he did provide, he did after a lot of resistance. The room provided was a floor above ground, and he refused to help my mother (60+) with her bags. Only when she insisted, he told her its not his job and woke another employee to help, who also complained about her time of arrival (after mid-night). We booked through make my 永安, that showed there was only one room available. We were told at the guest house that we booked a non-AC room and that booking will specifically show that. We checked and also shared our booking with Ramesh that it did not specify that. He then refused to speak to me on call. He then showed my mother an AC room and suggested we pay the difference. We would have done so without issue, but his behaviour had been so unreasonable that it felt like a loot. We asked for his name, so we can mention it in the reviews, he didn’t tell us. He only told us he was the manager. My mother was there from 12:45 am to 4 am. And she was so stressed after this altercation. Given the situation, I would like to believe that this might be a one-of case but seeing that there are many reviews regarding the management, this doesn’t come as a surprise. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Rooms are good and even location is easy to find. Food quality also good. only the issue i have about breakfast timing due to which we were late.

As you come at doorstep of property a pungent and stinky smell welcomes you. No cleanliness in the room and bathroom as well. Basic amenities like intercom, stool for bathing, bedside tables, chairs to sit were missing. Surprisingly exhaust fan in bathroom too was not fixed. On demand i was informed that they don't provide these. Bathroom drainage was choked and got flooded on bathing. Very ordinary food was available at extremely high rates.

The stay is extremely safe. Just that the door to the room was kind of shaky. The room on the ground floor is more prone to noise and disturbance. Also the location is between outstation bus stop at one side and the other side stinks as it is garbage heap.

Property is too good .It is neat and clean.Food is very good.Behaviour of staff is also very good. Property is situated at prime location. Stay like a home😊

Spartanisch eingerichtet ohne Duschgel, ohne Kafeepulver ,katastrophale Sanitär Qualität, Dusche funktioniert nicht einwandfrei, Waschtisch gebrochen mit Leckage Sehr schönes Rooftop , sehr freundliches Personal, leider funktioniert das Wifi nicht gut mit vielen Störungen

Nice hotel with good service. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. There's a metro station near the hotel so it's convenient to move around the city.

Very good location and good facilities and clean rooms with clean atmosphere. Food facility is also available.
