Es war eigentlich alles soweit ganz solide. Das einzige was ein wenig störend war, war die Tatsache dass die unsere Pässe für 20 Minuten gebraucht haben. Bei allen anderen Hotels war das nicht der Fall. Aber so war die Sauberkeit nahezu makellos, höchstens im Bad könnte *** die Fugen erneuern, aber sonst gibt es nicht viel zu beanstanden

It was great experience at Maru casa, Food was delicious, staff behaviour was great. Only three issues: 1) hot water not available 24x7 and 2) AC control is not possible as it is centralised. 3) Can not open window.

Strictly a decent 3 star hotel that's good but could have been great. We planned for 2 nights but extended for one more because we felt comfortable here. Pros: 1) located in the heart of the city and slightly isolated from the hustle and bustle of sindhi camp bus stand. The road outside is wide, and good space for car parking. 2) rooms are cosy and comfortable. 3) service and staff are helpful and accommodating. The cons: 1) no hot water for washbasin and shower 2) wi-fi quality was very poor and ultimately we had to use own data for internet 3) breakfast timing is till 9:30 am, which is too early. It should be till 11 am.

Very dull hotel no proper lights the room were stinking no hot water available in hotel no room staff was available, hot water was provided in bucket after 2 hrs of waiting it was ridiculous. Please refund my amount for this stay.

The rooms are not clean. Room service is extremely slow, have to call multiple times. Too much noise starting from 5 am in the morning. The matress is smaller than the bed and keeps shifting. Not a comfortable stay at all. Despite getting the sheets changed, they were dirty.

When i am arrived this hotel they cannot give any welcome drink and socket is not working also a window is not opening so i can't breath fresh and also i say the manager can u arrange the ice they refused and say you can go outside and purchase the own price.

I have booked hotel during new year. So I paid price more than x2 for it Pros: The location is good Cons: 1. Breakfast is not up to the mark with a very limited option(even with full occupancy) 2. The room is not clean. There is hard dirt everywhere (since the hotel is very old ) 3. The Washroom is not clean (having strains everywhere) 4. Not fit for couples
