Calm surroundings, staff is very cooperative, rooms were beautiful and well maintained, impeccable hygiene, food was delicious and requests were heard and implemented upon. Loved our stay!!

The property is a bit far, and a bit isolated. But the service is good, and the staff is friendly. The only problem was the food.

The rooms were large in size and staff was courteous. We enjoyed the hot breakfast served. The staff was kind enough to allow us an early check-in and peacefully occupy the lobby till the time the rooms were getting arranged. Travel-led with family and had a good stay.

The location is good near Jaisalmer Fort and Gadisar lake. The hotel room was good and the food was ok.

Great staff but wish the property was as good as helsinki house, its sister hotel. Room was dark and could not draw the curtains. Bathroom had a smell. Roof top restaurant needs better ambience and furniture. Cannot understand why helsinki house is top notch but boutique lacks the same standards

The room are really clean and beautiful. And the food is delicious, specially north indian food. They provided us with paid ground transfer as well as let us do a late check-out. I would like to go there again.

We stayed at the property for two days. We asked the hotel for airport transport and for 7 km ride they charged us so much. When i said it’s just 7 km, the guy said no it is 12-13 km. We thought maybe some other route, but the driver took us through the same 7 km route. They just charge so much for little things. It was really disappointing, as we could have travel-led a different city with that amount. Food is good. Service is slow. We had no drinking water glass in the room, asked twice but no response. On our second day, nobody came for room service, we were okay with that as we had to go out, but for basic things that must be provided each day of the booking we had to ask them for everything.
