1. Location was strategic and the atmosphere was good but poorly maintained 2. Had to change the room because the toilet and shower area was dirty 3. New room was not that really clean either 4. Aircon malfunctioned for the first night(warm) and after seen by the technician, it was back to normal  5. Staff was exceptional, polite, friendly and attentive 6. Issues was attended immediately 7. Could have been a 5 star choice if it is well maintained

Vibe hotel memang cozy. Walaupun ada sedikit kejadian tak diingini, pihak hotel baik hati bagi upgrade dari superior king ke Suite room. Staycation tetap best sebab lokasi strategik, depan Thamrin City, jalan kaki 5 minit je. Memang convenient untuk family 永安.

Superb location. 2 mins walk to Thamrin City & 6 mins walk to Plaza & Grand Indonesia. Check in process was fast & efficient. Very friendly & helpful staff. Room nicely suited for 2 people, but the bed needs to be adjusted to create space for a prayer area. I’m not satisfied with cleanliness of the bathroom. The water in the shower area seems stagnant and drains slowly. Cleanliness needs to be improved immediately!! The breakfast options are limited and take a long time to be refilled.

Receptionist and bell boy was helpful. Help us with early registration and luggage storage so that we could go for shopping at thamrin city mall. Food was delicious but limited. Location is good. Just across the street from Thamrin city mall. Stayed in a non smoking room on the 5th floor. It was clean, comfortable and fresh smelling. There is no iron in the rooms, hence need to call reception for housekeeping to send.

If you’re okay with web spiders all over the room, mold, limescale, and a dirty bathroom, then by all means, feel free to stay here. But if cleanliness is your top priority, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I was extremely disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. The lobby gives off good vibes and looks well-maintained, which made me hopeful—but the condition of the room, especially the toilet, was a complete letdown. The bathroom was poorly maintained: the shower water pressure was so low that I had to switch to using the tap below. The sink was clogged while in use, and my husband had to remove the stopper just to drain it. The overall experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. I honestly don’t know how it received such a rating given the level of cleanliness we encountered.

At first there is stain on the bedsheet, asked the receptionist to change immediately. The service is good, very close to Thamrin Block C. Walkable to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. The breakfast is good, I also had spa in here.
