酒店非常好，乾淨舒適，早餐品種多，口味好。前台服務熱情，特別是Sherina，人很漂亮，還會講中文！

房間不錯，新淨、寬敞、清潔。 但是： 1. 只有一部升降機! 另一部是沒有運作（尚在安裝中？），可以想像這麼多住客，去等一部升降機有多麼不方便。 2. 早餐選擇少，食物更新時間慢，常常出現食物盤上沒有食物的時候，要等待一段時間才有食物；有供應麵包，但竟然不提供牛油；咖啡不好喝。 3. 房間有咖啡機，但住三晚只提供了一個capsule，清潔房間後也沒有refill.。

位置距離機場很近，出行方便。旁邊超市，水果店，中餐館，KFC都很方便。前台小姐姐英文中文都可以交流，非常贊！

房間夠大，設備新淨，酒店近高速，去邊度都方便，整體性價比幾高。早餐選擇啱口味，有油條、粉麵、炒菜同燒賣。每次嚟 PIK 住酒店，基本都會揀呢間。

很中國，從早餐～佈局～到感覺。如果衞生間地漏再調整一下就更完美了…… 位置不錯，很熱鬧的街區。 服務小哥哥也很暖，笑容滿滿，認真細緻。

I was looking for a decent hotel within PIK area and stumbled upon ELONG hotel as it was recommended to me by a family member. Having not heard about the hotel before (not a typical hotel Chain in Indonesia), I was very happy with it as it was new and things provided in the room are off good qualities and advance (automatic curtain, branded hair dryer among the few). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good hotel within PIK area.

Business hotel walking distance to fast food chain ie. burger king, kfc, popeye. We were given room that has renovation going on at same floor. We feel not safe looking at the workers and annoyed with the movement/noise. Wifi was not working properly, the tv channels glitched all the time bloody annoying. Also this is the first hotel i went doesn’t provide body lotions. When evening hour can notice sewerage smells at the lobby. I will not come back here. I only like the room ID.

很新的酒店，前台小姑娘很熱情 早餐很中國味，有麪條，有饅頭 房間跟國內藝龍還有一定差距，不過大落地窗，視野很好 洗衣房和健身房還沒準備好 一部電梯還在維修中，施工的聲音有點大

I had a good stay at the hotel for 1 night, the room was clean, bright and spacious and everything was quite new. The hotel is still in the soft launch stage and the gym and the laundry room is still under construction. Will definitely come back again when I'm in the PIK area. Pros: love that they have multiple light that gave the room a classy vibes and was conducive for doing some work and relaxing. The breakfast is Chinese style food which has a live la mien station. There were a few stir fry dishes (mala fish etc.), steam pau, fruits section, and even Chinese boiled soup. Room for improvement: The room window was not sound proof enough to block out the sound of some vehicles moving at night. But the hotel did provide ear plugs by the bedside table. The bathroom is an open concept style and the doors are transparent, so if you're staying with a friend or family member of opposite gender, they'll need to hangout at the sofa area or on the bed.
