Good location but need improvement for service The location is great, walking distance to Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia and Thamrin. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was nice and spacious for 3 of us. However, the facilities and service could be improved. They didn’t provide any dustbin bag at all, and getting an iron was a STRUGGLE. We had to call several times and wait for hours. Towels also had a musty smell. Overall, a decent stay but the housekeeping and responsiveness need improvement.

I love Ana hotel with great ambience, good breakfast , great location .. i can access thamrin, grand indo & plaza indo just walkin distance .. really love it.. but i book 3 room but u guys give us different level and my room 616 got issue leaking but once im back to hotel all sorted

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable for the location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also within walking distance to Thamrin City and quite close to Grand Indonesia, which made it very convenient for shopping and dining. However, I think the hotel could improve by providing an ironing area or shared ironing station on each floor. It was quite difficult to get an iron from the reception when needed. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience at an affordable price.

everything was superb except the towel issue, allow to check in early but got the towel after 4pm and it was torn, i really hope they can work well with the vendor, otherwise the rest is fine, will consider stayinh here if i come again to jakarta

Very near to Thamrin City, just a 5 minutes walk. Got a Sederhana and Al Maz (very tasty fried chicken with garlic sauce) restaurant nearby. The breakfast was okay, not many choices. I would suggest to grab meals outside or nearby. Got cheap massage service at the lobby.

We stayed here for one night just to go Thamrin city, Tanah Abang and grand Indo. Really very nearby. There were quite a lot of food stalls around. Can be quite heavy in traffic but we didn’t mind. We took the Bajay around as a family and it was convenient to go nearby places. The rooms were so beautiful. Breakfast was very simple, just toast and a few main dishes. Would stay here again for the location.

The location is superb very near to almost everything!! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. What I don’t like is : 1. Only have 1 lift 2. They only give 1 access card, make it difficult to go out and in. 3. The breakfast - tasteless
