酒店好評 入住體驗超預期！房間乾淨無異味，床品柔軟親膚，一夜睡得很沉。前台服務熱情，不僅幫升級了高樓層觀景房，還貼心告知周邊美食動線。地理位置也絕，樓下就是便利店。最驚喜的是晨起的現磨咖啡，口感醇厚。下次來這座城市，一定還選這裏！

Although is not good experience with the stay at smelly Smoking room(requested for non smoking). Their front office staff was superb helpful, they help me to change to non-smoking room which much better. The only problem with the room was too noisy as it was next to Lift. And the sound can be 24hrs non stop.

Pelayanan baik,ramah,saat sudah dekat waktu check out tidak diburu2 misal ditelpon front office. Minusnya kartu akses cuma dikasih satu,agak repot klo kita keluar kamar krn ada keluarga dikamar. Kamar ada yg termasuk balkon, cocok buat smoker.

Stayed for 11 nights and it was just perfect! Location wise, it’s very near MOI and Mall of Kelapa Gading. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I always order room service for dinner and food is delicious and not too pricey. Breakfast is okay. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

No porter service; no hand wash soap in bathroom; drinking water in room looked dodgy; breakfast buffet had limited choices and catered mainly to local Indonesian guests; Found a bed bug on the bed the first night.

The hotel overall was good, breakfast also good, with egg station. as for location, it's a bit hard to find minimarket / food places around, there is Mcdonalds and Market City (Supermarket) across the street, but the pathway was separated by a river, to get there you have to walk quite far and turn around.. It will be nice if they somehow built a small bridge so people can cross the river to reach the across street.
