十年的永安酒店第一次給差評，距離軌道交通太近了，晚上睡覺吵得根本睡不着，而且房間不夠乾淨，要提前結束入住時間，酒店還不情願

房間小但五臟俱全，床很軟很舒服，酒店品牌值得信任。早餐也很豐盛，服務很好，可以選擇它沒問題。環境也不錯，周邊比較繁華。

畢竟有些年頭了，設施沒有特別新了，周圍沒有什麼吃飯的地方，這一點有些不太喜歡，下車會再考慮考慮一下別的

The staff and service at Mercure Cikni was very good, kind , patient and very helpful. Some of the furniture in the room was dusty. We had a few issues we weren’t happy with so manager gave us free lunch and a free taxi to the airport which we appreciated very much! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of dishes around the South East Asia. Supermarkets and the train station is less then a 10 minute walk

We only stayed for just a night before catch our flighy back early in the morning. We have stayed many accors hotel before but this is the first time we experiencing a filthy toilet bowl. Lots of stain and dirts can be seen on the toilet cover and inside the bowl. Overall everything is ok.

服務很好，感覺很有解決問題的意願，但可能缺乏解決問題的能力。房間的燈、垃圾桶，水龍頭、門把、廁所的門把都有問題，問題大部分都可以忍受，但水龍頭反應了修不好。最後給我們升級房間，才發現原來冷氣温度是可以調整的😓

The first room they gave us was visibly dirty with hair on the floor and bits and pieces of trash on the carpet. The sheets were also stained and the bathroom was really dark. They only provided 1 set of toothbrush when there were 2 of us. Clearly this room was not made up thoroughly and was given to us. Went to the front desk to share about this and they were immediately apologetic and offered to change our room. The second room was cleaner but I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest. There was grout and mildew in the shower area and shower head. Had to close my eyes to not think about it. Bathroom also had this odor coming from either the drainage or sink. It’s an okay hotel— value for money but would reconsider coming back here
