房間乾淨，設施齊全。提供的水是玻璃瓶裝的。淋浴在浴缸裏。

The location is good and convenient. The staff were also very nice and helpful which was great. However, the amenities were lacking. Small things were missing, like a razor was not provided in the room. The breakfast selection was also quite small and could have more variety. It's an okay hotel for a short business 永安 because of the location and friendly staff, but don't expect many extra comforts.

I had a great stay at the hotel overall. While it’s located fairly close to Grand Indonesia, it’s not quite within walking distance, so transportation is needed to get around comfortably. The lobby was cozy and inviting, though it did have a strong cultural scent that might be a bit overwhelming for some guests. One thing to note is that although the hotel spans seven floors and does have stairs, it’s equipped with only a single elevator. This sometimes caused delays, especially during peak hours, and made moving between floors a bit inconvenient. That said, the room itself was impressively spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel genuinely welcomed. Their friendliness and attentiveness really enhanced the experience and made a lasting impression.

kamar luas dan besar. lift aga kecil. saya tidak bawa kendaraan tapi ruang parkir keliatannya tidak banyak. beberapa special request kami lewat WA bisa terwujud. cek in dan cek out mudah dan baik. pelayanan dan keramahan baik. harga breakfast tambahan agak mahal (＞150rb) lokasi tidak jauh dari jalan raya MH Thamrin, jalan kaki 5 menitan. suasana bersih dan tenang, aroma spa dimana mana. di hari sy menginap ada menu breakfast yang sudah mulai aga spoiled alias tidak fresh, tapi saya lupa bilang pas cek out.

It's not quite clean and you might find some bugs creeping in the toilet. Also, the soundproofing is bad that you can hear not only people talking in the corridor but the noise outside the windows. What's worse, there is no wall socket near the bed! Hence, I can not play phone before falling asleep.

I love the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staffs here throughout my stay. They are also willing to help me with my tickets issue. Even the cheapest room is spacious and really clean. Amenities is good. didnt get to try the foods and pool though. would recommend to my friends and families if they are planning for shopping 永安 in jakarta as the location is quite strategic.

Great location...value for money...will recommend friends to stay here.

どのスタッフも笑顔で対応が非常に良かったです。 部屋も広く掃除が行き屆いていました。 タオルもリネンも清潔でした。 シャワーのお湯の出も良かったんですが、排水がうまくいかず逆流してしまい洗面台の方まで流れてしまいました。 あと、壁が薄いため隣の部屋の音がかなり響いてました。 気になる點もありましたが、それを上回るほどスタッフの対応が良かったのでジャカルタに行った際には、 また泊まりたいと思います。

酒店的裝修很好看，我們入住的時候樓下還有一些賣傳統服飾的展銷會。房間也挺乾淨的，但位置稍微有些偏僻。 這個酒店比較致命的一點就是洗澡必須要站在光禿禿的浴缸裏洗，周圍連把手都沒有。每次進出浴缸我都擔心自已滑倒。

Wow !!!!! Amazing Gem Many thanks to the Check-In/out Receptionist “MUTHAI”. Her professionalism and hospitality is what makes this hotel shine. The room appointed was well designed, spacious, clean very quiet. Cal King bed(medium firm) with quality linen and king size pillows gave me the best sleep during my stay in Jakarta. Room was a well equipped: Plenty of luggage space, clothing rack and hangers. Safety box, 1 liter glass bottle , electric kettle Highend in wall AC controller with easy settings Quality shampoos, body wash and lotions 2x large and small plush towels, strong hair dryer , many wall plug ins Large flat screen with “Netflix” with easy to use remote controller. Ground floor: Hotel Check in desk, Lovely cafe/restaurant. I did not try. Level # 8 Simple, but Well equipped gym(see photo) Includes: sauna, shower and lockers. Small roof top bars with limited drink menu. Centrally located: 10 min walk to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia , bus station, restaurants, bars, cafes…etc etc.
