All is good except for breakfast place has not enough space. Even on weekdays we have to wait for people to finish eating. The other room on the other side is not comfortable due to we have to pass by the toilet everytime when we bring our food from the bufet place.

Location wise is SUPERB! Just next to Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City. Easier for shopping 🛍️ 🤭 During check in, even though we came late around 5pm, we still needed to wait 15 min for the room to be ready. The studio has a washing machine with dryer, fridge and induction cooker. Love the amenities. Room service is great, everyday replace new towels. Breakfast is good too but once too many people maybe a bit crowded. Gym facilities are great as well. Overall, we satisfy to stay here due to the location. Will choose this place next time 😉

Perfect location, great hospitality. The amazing part, i cant make it for my bfast since need to catch up whoosh at 6am, so they pack for me earlier. Really helpful

The room service is below par. The pizza we ordered, dough, was not cooked. Spring roll too oily & bland. Others i.e facilities, hospitality are good

Location if super near to Thamrin Mall, Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. Security guards are helpful with our safety (ie: helping to cross the busy road of Jakarta). Luggage can be kept even after checkout - very helpful when the flight is much later than the checkout time. Room is apartment like and very spacious and clean.

Room is really spacious. Equipped with laundry machine but dryer doesn't work well. Drinking fountain works well. A lot of WC in the room. Iron & board also available. But A/C was really cold despite turning it off at some point. Location is very good, right beside Grand Indonesia mall. Breakfast menu so so but still can eat.

Good location, great 3 night stay. Thank you for upgrading our room. All staff are friendly & helpful. Just the restaurant too crowded during breakfast due insufficient seating area but Staff still managing the situation profesionally. Will recommend to others and come back to stay here. Location of the hotel is superb. So easy to get around. People are so friendly. Only complaint I have is the food. Breakfast spread was so so. We ordered room service and unfortunately the food wasn’t great. Everything else about the hotel is good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ascott Jakarta, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key business areas. The service was truly outstanding. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities and the overall modern yet cozy ambiance. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, maintaining high standards throughout. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and restaurant, were excellent. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend Ascott Jakarta to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in the city, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, environment, room, and location were all very good, making the overall experience enjoyable. That said, cleanliness could be improved, esp in the mini-kitchen/pantry area of the room. The breakfast selection and cleanliness could also use some improvement. Also, a very big thank you to the Ascott team for accommodating my special request so kindly. The communication was smooth, which made everything stress-free. A special shoutout to Ascott Artisan Aika for the beautiful birthday decoration in the room, and to Housekeeper Ikhwan for the thoughtful birthday wishes. Both gestures truly made my stay extra meaningful and memorable.
