酒店訂了兩間兩晚，酒店位置適中，房間清潔衞生，早餐款式很多，味道也很好，前台服務員很有禮貌，這間酒店值得推薦給親戚朋友們。

因為當天訂不到pullman, 就找了這家在附近的，超出預期，乾淨整潔，服務也很好。性價比相當不錯！非常適合商務出行

在雅加達市區內算是中上，7樓泳池挺方便的，最好選擇樓層高一些，可以看的遠一點，酒店地段也比較合適距離高速路口較近，不用擔心在市區裏打車擁堵 中午可以去隔壁的商超逛逛，隔壁商超的設計風格比較特別，不用走樓梯，可以爬坡旋轉着道定樓。

I have stayed a lot of times at this hotel with my family. As it is directly connected to a shopping mall it is easy for my family members to look for food and shop lightly. The room is quite spacious and clean, it does seem to be newly renovated so it is brightly lit and quite cosy. The view is nice overlooking Jakarta’s busy traffic. Breakfast option is very limited and food often ran out when I was there but it is expected as there is always a crowd. Airport transfer is available at the concierge and able to book before hand to ensure smooth journey. During my last stay, however the one experience that put us off was the waiting for room during check in was not communicated properly causing us to wait until 4pm at the hotel lobby for the room. We were told the room would be ready in 30 mins but it turned out the aircon was not working and required repair, but staff did not inform us causing us to wait for a long time. We were tired from the long journey and would appreciate the heads up. However when we checked with staff a few times, we were only to be told the room was being prepared. This was one experience though, the rest of the stay was good.

Hotel punya akses langsung ke mall ciputra. Hotel lama tapi terawat baik. Wallpaper baru bahkan masih mau lemnya. Minusnya hanya kebanyakan kamar tidak memiliki shower jet dan standing shower. Anda mandi berdiri diatas bathtube. Hati2 terpeleset. Sarapan oke banget. Menuju hotel jalan rayanya crowdet banget.

出差一週，從網上搜到了這家評價不錯的酒店，根據當地消費水平算是不錯，窗外景色也不錯，不過設施老舊，窗戶不能打開，房間有點潮濕，另外房間裏一直沒有護髮素，去前台説了兩次，住了六晚到走也沒給放，其他洗漱用品放的也不是很及時。

房間設施完善，距離市中心不遠，下面有MALL，吃飯和購物都很方便。因為時間也有一定年份，設施雖然有點老，但畢竟是這個地方第一家四星級酒店，採用國際化管理。

Hotel Ciputra is a great hotel for its price. It is in a prime location and is extremely convenient. I think it’s already my 4th or 5th stay there. The staff are extremely well-trained, helpful and polite!! The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The city room view was great (see photo). I will defintiely stay there again next time when I visit Jakarta. Thanks Ciputra!!

Hotel Ciputra is a great hotel for its price. It is in a prime location and is extremely convenient. I think it’s already my 4th or 5th stay there.
