The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious with a lot of options, especially non-vegetarians. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. The staff were truly exceptional - cooperative, well-mannered and always willing to help, especially the guard bhaiya. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Lift was stopped and a particular floor, lift will work with staff card every time to contact staff for lift use else need to used stairs, no help from staff. House Keeping staff no busy, tried for 1hr

On make my 永安 website, there is showing room available for today (23rd Feb 2024 )and we booked and paid after that booking is automatically shifter to 24 th feb , when we reached at the hotel, they said you need to come on 24 th only otherwise you can cancel the booking, when we cancel from make my 永安, here is shown that it is property owner decision to refund we discussed with the manager they said we are not going to refund and we cannot modify the dates and the way speaking was very very rude and unprofessional. If they will approve the refund application from there we cannot modify get the refund and book again our 3600 INR is at loss and non refundable if they have no. Roooms for today then why are they showing on make my 永安 and even they are not refunding that is totally fraud committed please don’t go there if you dont want to wste your money

Location is good, but poor management. Loud DJ all night till 1am midnight. Asked for extra bed for kid, was given a super hard single mattress kept on the floor. Pathetic service, will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
