dear team fortune hotel jalandhar, i would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality during my recent stay at your hotel. from the warm welcome to the seamless coordination among your team, everything was truly commendable. the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and common areas were impeccable, making my stay both comfortable and pleasant. it was evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a wonderful experience for guests. a special mention to the young lady at the reception—ms. juhi for her professionalism, courteous attitude, and efficiency truly enhanced my experience. she handled her duties with grace and made the check-in and overall stay seamless and pleasant. her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist were truly commendable and her manager to maintain the postive environment at their workplace. thank you once again for your dedication and professionalism. i look forward to staying at fortune hotel again in the future!

Rooms were in ok condition interior was quite old. I was not expecting this much old interior. Although it was nee t and clean but you can see visible sign of aging.

Very poor hotel Hotel room booking. Even after that I paid to go to the room. Although my room was booked and I reached the hotel at 9:00am. After that they said, you will get the room only then.
