The hotel room was big . The rooms were so neat and clean. The staff was so good . wonderful hospitality. they provide breakfast from bikaner.

Room lights were not working properly, i tried to turn it off but switch wasn’t working. I informed to the hotel and manager. No one helped me. There were so many mosquito and flies in the room, I requested hotel staff to do something about it but no one helped me at all. It is most terrible hotel ever I have seen ever so I request everyone not to book this hotel ever.

It was a very poor experience no dinner available no slippers no Dental kit no Shoe Shiner tasteless breakfast only one item included .

It was a Great Experience. Room was neat , clean and spacious. Parking outside the Hotel was good. Staff was cooperative tho they do charge for sleepers and dental kit. Food was good.

The stay was excellent, the hotel is situated at the prime location with awesome amenities. Full mark for cleanliness, service is also excellent and staff are very polite.

No service, food is very bad, no hot water in bathroom, no proper bedding, no hospitality, restaurant staff is very rude, stay away.

Room service was not at all good. Staff was rude never provided basic things we need for stay. Bathroom sleepers, shampoo pouch and clean towel etc.

Services are pathetic. Pillow covers, pillows, quilt are in bad condition(teared and used. Aftr calling on reception they had changed my pillow however that was also equally dirty and bad.
