TV without recharge or wifi. room maintenance was poor you can't up and down the curtains, door lock key failed 3 times, no update of guests list in breakfast room.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly. The bed was cozy, and amenities were satisfactory. However, wi-fi was slow. Overall, a decent stay for the first night.

never stay here .no any basic facilities like hot water .room cleaning. lock of most of rooms are not working properly.we stay here for two nights on first night when we reached hotel after dinner and party at 1 pm our room was not open by our key and even their master keys were not working properly so after waiting of more then one hour in passage area they said that your room will not open till morning 9 am ... and they said you can sleep in any room which are open ....lift were not working . ultimate very hopeless horrible experience we faced here
