Clean and hygienes are excellent, location is great, staff are very friendly, room service is very good and food is very tasty.

As per the booking, they should provide welcome drink which didn't. I have ordered baked macroni in their restaurant the waiter they don't have and i asked to check with your chef then he said we can give it. After i received the order, they didn't care to give ketchup. Bed quality is not so good.

Refrigerator doesn't work. Swipe key gets erased frequently. Restaurant service not up to mark. Motion sensor in room malfunctioned. Kettle not working. Complementary upgrade as committed by makemy永安 was disallowed.

Not happy with the service. When ordered 7 teas in room service for expected visitors, they took the order. When visitors arrived, they called and informed me that visitors were not allowed in room. How illogical... Driver's accommodation does not have warm water. Took too long to serve tea during breakfast. Swipe Keys become unusable frequently. (Yes, I know, I didn't keep it close to mobile phone). The refrigerator does not cool. Only internal light is on. When asked, they said it doesn't work. Our insulin became unusable. And the list is on.....

Nice hotel for stay and easily reachable on the highway towards Dwarka city. The staff is polite and the food is good considering breakfast.

Hotel location is right on the main road, comfortable stay. Courteous staff. Welcome drink we did not like. Breakfast got delayed by 30min than promised. No one helped us with luggage while leaving. Everything else is good though.

It was ok, i already gave feedback at reception. Room was not cleaned, pan spit toilet sit was on both the days, room mat was dirty, hand shower / ceiling shower was not in good condition, staff was friendly n breakfast was good.
