My husband and i spent two nights at the property the people are very punctual, polite and ready to provide service during odd hours, the food was delicious. Only the spa staff was rude and ignorant.

Booked the 2nd best executive twin room, no toiletries provided, when asked manager says we only give for suites and if needed for your room category you need to ask for it. A basic hotel also gives soap n shampoo in their basic room also. Food is ok but staff is illiterate, untrained dont know difference of eggless and with egg. For eg. When asked muffin has eggs the answer we got is, it comes from outside so we dont know, isnt it basic sense to check the packet if its vegetarian or non vegetarian. If you order 2 portion of same food, i can assure they both will taste different and not slightly but 2 totally different tastes.

The rooms were okay. Bathroom was pathetic. No exhaust in bathroom. Towels were too old had lost it life. No dental kit and shaving kit available in hotel. Breakfast also not so great

Property is good, room also spacious, but food charges is too high, they are taking one sandwich charges around 250 rs, just 4 small peaces.
