Horrible Hotel - The most pathetic hotel I have ever encountered in my life - The beds were filled with insects , termites , rooms were shabby, The bed sheet was torn with dirt all over and highly stained - We changed room at 11 PM in the night to another room but the story was no different. Basic hygiene of hospitality is not respected. The hotel looks very shady to me and will highly discourage any travellers to check in to this hotel. The full money should ideally be refunded. We booked for 2 nights but left the hotel after staying for 1 night.

Room should be little more spacious. Bed sheets were not that much clean even after changing. Staff behaviour was really nice. I had only the breakfast. It was nice. I had puri sabji, tea, bread toast. One more thing the outside walls need to be painted at certain places. Seems like not done since long.

Terrible service and hygiene standards my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The washroom was unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff was rude, unresponsive, and showed no interest in addressing any issues. There was no landline or any mode of communication in the room, making it impossible to contact the staff for help. There was no proper parking space, forcing me to park my vehicle on the road. To make matters worse, i found hair on the bed, clearly left by a previous guest, which means the bedsheets and linens were not changed. Moreover, i was not provided with basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or shower essentials. This hotel fails miserably in hygiene, service, and amenities. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Good location, courteous staff, food is excellent. Only issue was they have two separate single beds which are too narrow, and the mattresses too soft. Highly recommended.
