C’est un hôtel bon marché, pratique pour passer une nuit ou deux, surtout pour dépanner. En revanche, si vous recherchez du confort ou de la qualité, ce n’est clairement pas l’endroit adapté. Niveau confort, franchement, il n’y a rien d’exceptionnel à dire : ce n’est pas un hôtel de standing. Après, les chambres restent acceptables pour un court séjour et pour le prix. Mais pour ceux qui cherchent du luxe ou un vrai confort, passez votre chemin. Gros point positif : le personnel est vraiment très, très, très gentil. L’hôtel est pratique et fonctionnel, mais clairement fait pour dépanner, pas pour se faire plaisir.

Bad service There are not key on both bathrooms on our apartment also was not clean with old furniture and they took long time to make check in we came at 5:00 pm and our apartment was not ready also there is one person do not care for what happened to us Overall I don’t recommend this hotel

الشقق جيده لكنها تحتاج إلى تجديد وتنظيف الأثاث وبالنسبه للسرير كان مريح ونظيف وايضا المخدات جيده بشكل عام يعتبر مناسب في سعره على مستواه وتعامل الموظفين كان رائع ومحترم

I didn’t expect much from this hotel at first I just wanted to visit Jeddah and stroll around, but when I arrived I was truly amazed by the service, cleanliness, and overall experience. The room was big and so comfortable, the location is perfect close to the airport. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to Ahmed from Yemen and Nura both were so nice and accommodating. Actually, every staff member was amazing I just couldn’t remember all their names! Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again whenever I visit Jeddah ! Sorry I didn’t take many pictures
