Very bad experience.. too much unhealthy toilet dirty bed sheet. Poor wifi connection. No room service facility available..we booked for four adult & they give us only 1 short bed.

They assigned me the wrong room. When I asked them to show me the correct one, the staff refused, saying they couldn’t assist. Upon entering the room, I found it completely unclean—used blankets, cigarette ashes, and a terrible smell. It was in such bad condition that I couldn’t stay there and had to leave immediately. This was the first time I faced such an issue. unfortunately I missed to take picture.

kotor sngat lantai pon . rambut penuh atas lantai ng katil , mcm tak kemas langsung . kipas pon lahai 🙂↔️ penutup kipas pon tkde . kalau ada anak kecil mau tk kena tangan ke . memang la hotel buget tpi entah la . mls nk ckp bnyak . yg pasti lepas ni takkan pernah checkin dah .

The room was not same as shown in the picture and aso they had very bad customer service and they tried to frame us when we asked fr refund. When we dont even use their facilities at all .

Bilik sangat2 panas dan berbau hapak.. bilik tidak sama dalam gambar..sengat2 mecawakan.. bukan nak tutup org punya rezeki tapi ni di dalam yg nyata.. pertama kali dapat bilik yg tidak memuaskan.. kita nk minta tukar bilik pun tak boleh.. harga tidak berbaloi
