房間很大離機場很近，出行打車也是方便的，提前入住需要80馬幣，省的再訂一晚了，去了才知道我就是多定了一晚的那個人😄。房間挺大的服務也很不錯，就是好像地下水管有味道，晚上睡覺需要把衞生間關起來。其他都很不錯啦，價格也划算。

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bar is now open! Besides special cocktails , they serve skewers as well.sometimes when i don’t feel like going out ,i can just head up to the bar on the 9th floor to relax.

Spacious room and beautifully designed lobby on Level 9. At first, I was a bit confused about why there are two different names. Luckily, I chose to stay with SHO Hotel, which has a proper check-in counter at Level 9 and access to all hotel facilities.

Overall, everything was really good — the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small downside was that the hotel seems to be under some construction, so it was a bit noisy during certain hours. Other than that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

酒店房間非常骯臟，甲醛超標，地上幾乎很多灰，入住的時候還找不到空調遙控器，詢問大廳工作人員等了幾乎30分鐘才送給我們，房間的貓眼也沒裝 衹有一個洞在那邊，可以説災難

Great new aesthetic hotel, huge space (stayed in family room with 2 queen bed), good location. Can redeem 2 drinks at the lobby cafe. The only downside need to pay parking fees RM10/day and need to validate parking before 12pm.

Hotel: Overall looks ok because is new. Facilities: only swimming pool able to use, gym room not available, still undergoes construction. If hotel is not ready why still open as business? Employees/workers: Not well trained, no manner, disrespect customer, bad service and miscommunication. They don’t know how to deal with customer and the cleaner show no respect to customer, very rude. Parking: one time RM10 (NOT ONE DAY) after validate the parking. Safety: Not so safety, quite dark in surrounding. There’s break window and hasn’t repaired. They good in marketing, they hire those content creator to share. Honestly speaking, if you are coming for vacation, I wouldn’t recommend to stay here, please don’t waste your money. I would not pay second visit.
