Stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious and generally comfortable, but the building is starting to show its age and some facilities feel a bit dated. The biggest downside is the elevators, which can be extremely slow during busy periods and sometimes require a long wait. That said, the experience was greatly improved by the operator, Uptrend Home Management. Their team was very responsive on WhatsApp, replied quickly to enquiries, and kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was much appreciated after our journey. Their customer service was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, while the building itself could benefit from some upgrades, the excellent management and support from Uptrend Home Management made the stay pleasant. Would consider staying again.

The apartment was very nice and the check in was extremely easy and practical given that we reached quite late at night. The place is quite near from George Town and not that far from Airport as well. Also, would like to give a thumbs up to the team, especially Mr. Torres Tan for amazing service as we had forgotten our mobile phone in the apartment and the team went out of it’s way to give it to our driver. Thanks for it!
