객실 사진을 보고, 고민후 선택했는데 가보니 다른방객실 이더라고요 복층구조 싫고 좁아보여서 , 단평면 구조로 돈더내고 예약했는데, 가보니 복칭 사다리 구조의 방을 주더라고요 최악이었습니다 객실방 사진과 다른 객실 못주게 해주어야 하지 않을까요? 객실비도 더냈는데

Really nice room in the middle of the hanok village and close to a delicious restaurant (Hangugjib). It would have been nice to have the owner being here on our departure to know where it would have been possible to store our luggage. (Fellow foreigner there is luggage locker for free at tourist information center 10min walk from the hotel)

객실 사진을 보고, 고민후 선택했는데 가보니 다른방객실 이더라고요 복층구조 싫고 좁아보여서 , 단평면 구조로 돈더내고 예약했는데, 가보니 복칭 사다리 구조의 방을 주더라고요 최악이었습니다 객실방 사진과 다른 객실 못주게 해주어야 하지 않을까요? 객실비도 더냈는데
