It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily.

They have good customer service in the hotel. The security is a little annoying, always asking if we are staying at the hotel every time we return. Other than that, the food is good, location is excellent, service is great and the rooms are very clean.

We arrived on Friday and it is Shabbat for Jewish People. The hotel have no hot food for dinner from Friday sundown to Saturday all day. Because it is kosher. Breakfast is mainly veggie, salad, cereal, fruit. Egg is being served from Sunday to Thursday. The service in breakfast is below par. People won’t come to refill your coffee unless you flag them down. The service on rooftop restaurant is not good, we waited an hour to get someone to order food and drinks. The location is very good.

The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at this Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
