The swimming pool was dirty there was food all around, glass and straw inside even the towels was not so clean and when I ve tried to inform the guest relation manager she just didn’t care about my opinion!! Terrible relation with clients so disappointed I came to enjoy few days at the pool…

I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside. It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me. This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail

The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.
