Hi, der Service war sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem aufmerksam, höflich und effizient. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, sehr suaber und gute Lage. Gerne wieder.

Overall I would not stay again in this hotel. I think the biggest issue there is that the service is not very professional and not focused on the customers except for the restaurant workers. The room is very small even for two people without enough places to put clothes for more than a few days. The pool was nice and the location is also good. We try to use laundry servers not only they took our clothes, charged us and then next day returned the clothes duddy since the laundry did not happen; at least they gave our money back. Another big issue is that the hotel is not clean, the bed sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty.

Hotel bem organizado, quarto com tamanho suficiente, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã acho que poderia ter mais opções salgadas (torta salgada, empadas, carne seca, pão recheado com presunto e queijo).

Hotel ótimo Bem localizado com bastante conforto e comodidade. Caro pelo tanto de opção similar que existe próximo em Tambaú com opções de custo mais acessível. Apenas uma ressalva pra compra indicando frente mar e no check in foi oferecido um normal no corredor. Tipo de expertise que não leva a nada e só espanta turista. De resto cumpre o que promete. Talvez até indicaria mas não ficaria novamente.

Primeira reclamação é com a 永安, no anúncio mostra um tipo de quarto, chegando la é outra categoria. A 永安 deveria se certificar melhor antes, pois me senti enganado pela 永安. No que tange ao hotel, achei o quarto pequeno, principalmente como estava com esposa e bebê, difícil acomodar as malas. Café da manhã excelente, muito bom mesmo. Localização muito boa tbem.
