酒店在桑頓區，步行到曼德拉廣場大約十五分鐘左右。酒店設施很好，環境不錯，早餐非常豐盛。酒店的餐食也不錯，和外面餐飲的價格差不多。晚餐我就會留在酒店，也是考慮安全因素。

The hotel is very clean and has the most modern technology in terms of check in which makes the process easier. If you have business around Sandton area it’s the ideal place to be as places like Sandton city mall are under 2km away.

Decent size rooms, friendly staff at reception. Communal areas upstairs a little tatty. Centrally located. Cleanliness is fair. Products are innovative and catchy in terms of bathroom necessities quirky with a clever twist. Great looking lobby with good seating: food is average.

This is a great hotel , in a good location. The check in was smooth, room service is a bit slow though. House keeping is excellent, I like them so much . The facility is great but I didn’t like the pool area , is always packed with so many people. Some of them weren’t even guest at the hotel . Which make it a bit unsafe to leave your belonging just lying around. I mean you have to pack up everything every time you go to the loo. The pool area had no space to sit and chill on especially in the afternoon. The bar takes a bit long to prepare drinks . The waitress/waiter were amazing. I just didn’t like the check out time . 10 am it’s too early and they weren’t keen on extending with just one hour . I don’t think I’ll book again . Safety issues. If other people didn’t have that much access to the hotel I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

The room was different from the picture that showed kitchen and couch in a separate room. Smaller room than you can think. And there was no slippers. But it was clean and convenient enough to stay. The facilities such as 24 hours of gym, not mandatory to wear swim suit in a pool plus hot zacuzzi were great.

Located along Katherine St, really beautiful with delicious breakfast and dinner. The rooms are exceptionally clean, although a little bit small( we had so many bags). Mimi from the reception was really helpful and kind. Her services was top notch. Would definitely recommend this

Hotel is rated at 5star but the amenities are quite average. The standard king size room is smaller than I have experience in some other hotels if that range. You do not find water glasses in the room. Room service is very slow and sometimes your call will just keep transferring between room service and reception if you needed something. If you ordered food in your room, you have to make payment immediately. It does not amount up to check out. There is only one restaurant, one cafe in the hotel. You can walk up to nearest restaurant for your food that is 800m away.Pool is there but you have to carry your own towel. The day we arrived, there was a birthday party around the pool with loud music. We avoided going to pool side. Shoe shiner is in the lobby and if you get your shoes cleaned he needs to be paid as compliment and that complement begins with 100rand minimum. To me it’s an average hotel and ok for a couple of days. It had some conference going on so extra crowd was also in the lobby for the two days we stayed If you are looking for a luxery experience, better choose another hotel. This hotel is ok for not more than two days of stay.

This was a good stay. My favorite part was the breakfast, I thought it was so delicious! The pool was beautiful and the view from my room was beautiful too. I would recommend this hotel, it was cute.

This was a good stay. My favorite part was the breakfast, I thought it was so delicious! The pool was beautiful and the view from my room was beautiful too. I would recommend this hotel, it was cute.
