第一次來南非隨機選的這家酒店，性價比特別高，步行幾分鐘可以到達展覽中心，步行幾分鐘直達商場大型超市，購物很方便，酒店早餐特別棒

第一次來約堡出差，房間不大，剛剛夠轉身的，有點小而精，但是裏面的傢俱等都還是很新，特別是床很舒服。 最後不得不提隔壁就是曼德拉廣場，吃到了混跡非洲幾年都沒吃到這麼好吃的牛排。

Other than the strategic location which is adjacent to the Nelson Mandela Square, the hotel fails in every aspect including customer service, room cleanliness and maintenance. The check-in agent carried a blank face with no greeting, the room had a strong unpleasant odour and the air-conditioning was down upon checking in to the room.

The service was great. Location fantastic. I love the breakfast too. The only concern is they can provide at least one free bottle of water for their guests.

Pros Good location if you want shopping. A couple of bars nearby. Good selection of restaurants in the 2 malls very close. Tea/coffee provided Small room but very comfortable. Decent breakfast Cons Safe instructions not correct - they didn't match the buttons on the actual safe Noise from corridoor - incredible, loud, ongoing, either doors opening/closing or people just shouting, talking loudly - i've never come across such ignorance in a hotel. No bottled water and the bottled water in reception is massively over priced but apparently you can drink the tap water

The room is way too small, no sleepers, no robes, no wardrobes its too expensive for a small room like that you literally paying for a location it’s situated in a good location

我在開普敦的時候也是住的onomo酒店，體驗非常好，所以我在約翰內斯堡也訂了onomo酒店。房間舒適很適合我。在曼德拉廣場旁邊。酒店的早餐也不錯，我喜歡。早餐有藍莓出乎我的意料。
