樓下即是商場10.00am-10.00pm.停車費需自付，商務住宿還可以，家庭式的不是那麼理想，check in時間4點15😂，說是因為前一天太多人入住，節假日，我們行程受影響放棄了幾處原先計劃的地方。

挺好，整體很不錯建議早餐開餐提前到六點，或者卡在開餐前十幾分鍾離開的客人能允許提前開餐或者打包一些早餐

位置好方便，樓下就係商場。房間同牀都夠闊落，行李放邊到開都冇問題。非常乾淨整潔。早餐都唔錯，如果有更多選擇會更好。

本身訂錯入住時間、本來是2025年12月30日入住、訂了2026年1月30日. 酒店前台建議我向平台申請換時間或退款！為瞭解決我當天住宿、我先行下單訂了當天的房間、價格當然比之前的貴！ 我當天就向平台申請退款或改日期、但是平台在3小時後回覆酒店不允許退款、訂單保留！也不給其他替代方案、就是要我這樣跟隨永安十幾二十年的客戶、硬生吃下這單！沒有其他的替代方案可提供！難道這就是服務？訂錯就要一整單客人全吃下、沒有其他替代方案可提供？畢竟那還是一個月後的事！ 也請平台團隊看看我過往的訂單記錄、有沒有隨便取消訂單、或是胡亂要求退款的！ 當天的下單、酒店給了一間低樓層、靠近空調鼓風機旁的、一進房、覺的不對勁、馬上去前台要求換房、前台説在永安上訂的房類型、就是這種、沒的換、要換要補差價！這種生意方式、有點在騙人、如果真要把房價壓低吸引客人、也是要跟客人説明清楚什麼產品品質！ 這問酒店、房號01-09的低摟層都是靠近這個空調鼓風機的！ 再來、這房間衹有浴缸洗澡、沒有淋浴、浴缺厚40-50公分、普通50歲以上中老年人、不容易跨進這個浴缸、這個也沒事先説明！ 希望永安團隊好好了解我這個個案、給個滿意的回覆！不要像坊間説的、永安X熟！

Hotel was clean and cozy with good, friendly service Lady receptionist ar counter. Loved the ambience. 1 thing you need to look into is timing for check in and check out. I know it’s a practice for most hotels to check in at 3pm  and check out at 12nn.. but it’s not even a day of 24hrs.. we feel shortchanged even though we were told to check Our late which was only 30 mins more.. we checked out at 12.30pm. Otherwise awesome stay.

The hotel is clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. The check in was breezy and room is just as in pictures, cozy and tidy. The breakfast was hearty and staff serving the breakfast are always smiley with such warmth and enthusiasm to assist. The parking is somewhat confusing and is not complimentary, hotel guests are charged RM6/entry. The hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall and it’s easy to access. The location is in the midst of the busy Skudai Highway and the traffic going and coming to this place can be a little unbearable but the stay itself was good.

First time staying here and we love it! We’ve been hotel-hopping every time we visit JB, this is definitely entering our fav list. Conveniently connected to Paradigm Mall (from 9am to 10pm) which has all your shopping needs. The hotel is new and clean, bed is comfy and TV allows you to connect to your Netflix account. The gym is located right beside the pool and is well-equipped. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast this time, but wouldn’t mind trying in the future!

Efficient in both check-in and check-out. The room is very clean and spacious. The only thing to watch out for is the reception lobby sofa sitting area surrounded by chandelier lightning fixture that has tiny metal pointed sharp edge protruding out at each of the glass fixture end pointing towards your head upon sitting down. I do find the 3 big Chandeliers fixture design is a huge safety hazard for anyone sitting right below them.

Here’s a polished review you could use: --- I recently stayed at Hyatt Place, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, and overall it was a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, with direct access to Paradigm Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. It felt modern and comfortable, definitely a highlight of the visit. However, I did find that the front desk service could be more welcoming and friendly. First impressions matter, and a warmer reception would really elevate the guest experience. All in all, this hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and value, with just some room for improvement in hospitality.
