Its a condo with pool/facilities, so need to walk to the facilities area, kids enjoy the pool time Ours was BayPoint Blk 4, the last blk or deeper inside, abit secluded but no issue Lots of security guard, easy to ask for directions etc Rooms is comfy, aircon is GOOD, great for families, felt like home Nearby few mins walk to Beletime Point, have Marrybrown and other food options, have AEON etc

Place is neat and tidy and all basic necessities inside the room. There is eon mall/grocery at the next block so more convenient. Suggest to put microwave oven for take away foods.

Our stay here was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this homestay to others.

Location map is not accurate, takes some time to ask around and find the correct block. Carpark entrance is very narrow and guard keeps preventing home stay customers from entering the allocated carpark. Place is well kept, clean and bright, and has an amzing view. Beletime Mall is also just nearby, so amenities and food wise not a problem. Management also responds to queries. Nice place for families.
