Nobody come to helping to check in the room. we can contact the manager via the system contact only. taking time around 1 hour to check in. i don't like to book again TRIP.com. already i got very very bad experience in the ( Cubic Botanical Suites by HomeBrickz ) hotel. please go there you can book your self, you book the hotel on the spot. if you book on the spot RM 80. but you book online 永安. RM135.

So far, so good for a night stay. The main problem is the shower head is totally broken, and the bathroom is no wet dry divide need to self prepare toiletries, face total , tissue box, and so on. only provide super total and a complimentary bottle water. if you are a light sleep person , not recommend , because the soundproof of the room are very poor , corridor & road site vehicles past through all are clear like beside me. even the moan road is far from hotel. Digitalise check in check out , not bad.

Staff is helpful, but only available from 3pm to 11pm daily No lift, only staircase Room is clean and nice , aircond is comfort as well But the surrounding was quite noisy if you stay at rooms with windows due to some motorcyclist leapm around during mid night Overall, it's worthy if you stay at double room at price Les than RM 100 per night
