Hotel cantik, suka dengan decoration sebab lain dari yang lain siap ada balcony lagi. Keluasan bilik luas. Staf pun friendly. Kena tingkatkan dari segi pest control sebab semut banyak beli air manis tinggal kejap je masuk bilik tengok semut penuh dah dekat air tu.

Receptionist malay boy sangat friendly. Sangat bagus. Lupa nama. Tak lokek senyum & melayan setiap soalan. Surprisingly hotel menyediakan light breakfast untuk semua customer even tak book utk breakfast. Dapat telur & roti bakar pun cukup utk breakfast Kami sekeluarga. Will book again kalau ke JB. Bilik sangat puas hati.

Excellent staying, repeat & repeat & repeat booking for my colleague business 永安. Their all satisfy for this hotel. Free flow coffee and tea all day. A light breakfast is prepared for self-service every morning. I like it so much!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!

Having stayed at Hako Mt Austin, I would say that this outlet is very different 😅 The room is spacious and clean, but unfortunately, it was situated next to the road and we had trouble sleeping due to the vehicle sounds throughout the nice. The walls were also not good at blocking noises from outside. Located in a very ulu area, will not recommend this outlet.

the location was near to my event at UTM Skudai,just 5km away,8 min drive. the hotel staff was friendly,they help me on the issue with access card well. the breakfast was simple.Although it was not included,anyway they provided a simple breakfast of half boil egg,bread,coffee and tee. the room space was just nice,quite large.there is also a working table even it was small.the wardrobe with lamp,also good. the toilet is clean.only i dont like a toilet with glass wall. overall was satisfactory and sure will stay again if have 永安 to UTM Skudai.

Clean room, spacious Reception staf was very friendly. 1 more thing lack in the room was no mirror, u have to get ready and do ur make up in the toilet

Service is fine but room is not clean, bed frame very dirty. Room got mosquito and fly roaming. Toilet water drain out also not good. Please improve basics of room cleanliness and hygiene
