Stayed at R&F Seine Region. Place looks modern and location is good, but room was quite basic. No TV and missing some other amenities, so a bit disappointing for the price.

The bidet holder is broken, not installed at all. I didn't see coffee mugs, only clear drinking glass. Aircon is there but no matter how I try to change the setting the temperature is not consistent. Either it's too cold or warm, like what I read from other guest's reviews. 2nd day I found a roach though I immediately throw my food packaging and spray the table with sanitizer. CS is great, quick response. I think just the facilities inside the unit can be better.

The room is clean. Staff service and response is ok. But take note that RM150 deposit is required for car parking access. The room does not have TV and washer. The bed is quite small due to the design, not suitable for those who is higher than 170cm. Overall, a comfortable stay. Location wise, about 16mins walk to JB custom. The traffic is quite heavy but still acceptable.

Got a great deal, probably because the room wasn’t fully furnished. Room 1605 didn’t have a TV or fridge like in the photos, but overall, it was a lovely stay. The place looked just like the pictures, and self check-in and check-out were super easy with clear instructions.
