天空樹 by RR JBcity (Sky Tree by RR JBcity)

這是dual key apartment, 隔壁房大概有45個男生住，半夜不停的開門進出，開關門十分大聲，嚴重影響我的睡眠。講話大聲，隔音差勁，他們完全忽視其他人。其中一個忘了帶key, 在門口不斷的拍打門叫喊同夥開門。真的令人咋舌。 十分不推薦這類Airbnp, 而且入住手續麻煩。退回壓低金等了五天。非常失望。不會再來

地點好，方便，樓下有家甜品店裡面的甜品好吃，還有家好吃的麵包店。房間除了床底有點塵之外，（因為小朋友東西掉進床底我才會發現的）😂 其他的都不錯。我住的那個房間唯一缺點陽台向馬路，車聲大，晚上睡覺會有點吵，除此之外，其他的都很ok，推薦。

SkyTree suites is an ideal location as it is walking distance to Pasar Raya where durian lovers can flock to from early evening. It’s also close to morning breakfast where one is spoilt for choices for Malaysian food. Aeon Bukit Indah is just across after Petronas station. Opposite bus stop where CW buses stop & pick up passengers. Directly opposite are your place to soothe your feet or pamper your body. In the evening it is more vibrant with people dining Al Fresco at Osman 23 Hr restaurant. SkyTree has a nice pool for one to take a dip just to relax or exercise. Gym facilities are available with good security round the clock. Ground level are shops to cater to your needs like a provision shop,Taiwan dessert shop. Laundromats are also available. Across SkyTree are clinics for your asthetic or dental or even eye needs. Lists goes on. It’s like everything under one roof within walking distance.

單人床的被單很舊，不夠厚，需要用毛巾當被蓋。怎麼不買白色，這樣比較好睡吧～ toilet裏面沒掛鈎，沒辦法掛衣服。窗簾布🤣很不私隱，不知道外面的能不能看進來。其他的都還好，有電視Netflix 很棒，喜歡！ 需要200按金，沒想到要按金那麼多。 停車和入門的掃描Qr ，跟着步驟都難拿，我半夜1點多才到，還好屋主有回覆我，我才拿到，QR很難scan進出，公寓感覺就很麻煩。我已經很累了，從拿鑰匙到開門都花了我很多時間去研究😆😆好像去了尋寶遊戲。 這是我找的地點靠近工作，衹是睡覺是沒問題的。

密室逃脱式入住

FIRST TIME IM WRITING A BAD REVIEW, So if u see this please run!!!! 1. THEY DIDNT MENTION U WILL BE SHARING THE UNIT WIF ANOTHER STRANGER!!! There are 2 rooms in the unit. So basically when u enter the unit, there are 2 rooms (one on the left and one on the right). 2. EXPENSIVE FOR A SHARED ROOM: Imagine u paid $80 for a night of staycay with some other strangers which u can clearly heard their tv noise and them opening or closing the doors.. cant even sleep properly 3. AS SMALL AS A NORMAL HOTEL: Upon going in into our “room”. The room is as small as a normal jb hotel. But double the price which i rather go stay a normal hotel with a room to myself instead of sharing another room with stranger. And at least hotel will provide u full sets of toiletries 4. The curtain!! Cmmon wats so hard to get a curtain then covers the window entirely…? The curtain juz 70% covering the window…. Alr no privacy with staying in the same unit as stranger and even more no privacy as the carpark at L2 can look up to be able to see the room as the room is on L6 only… 5. Trust me the checkin process is the most tedious annoying and time consuming process ever (transfer $80 deposit then take photo of ur passport then fill in some details..)so better go stay a hotel 6. DISHONESTY: They “MISS OUT” returning my deposit!?!?!? Like imagine if i didnt check then this would be their profit..

酒店挺好的 走幾步就到aeon 附近也蠻多東西吃 很方便 衞生情況還可以 有發現到一些頭髮在椅子上 床的被單也有少許的污垢 但我試了擦也不行 其他的都很好

We spent three days at Skytree JB House. This place is very convenient for shopping and food. It is surrounded by local food courts and restaurants. The Aeon Mall is just a 10-minute walk away. The prices are fair, and the food is also delicious. We tried many different dishes and desserts. We had a great time.

Very tedious remote way of checking in. Not recommended for seniors and foreigners. I took nearly one hour to get it done. Grab driver l hired also could not familiar with the location. Very difficult to find the said property .

Beware parking at this place, will get lock and 100 dollar fine. It's a home stay, so owner won't do anything to help you.
