床單被罩不換，做酒店民宿最基本的都做不到，估計已經很多人睡過了，白色床單都已經發黑了，更別提本身很多污漬在上面，空調漏水，那個房間一晚上沒開空調，房間沒有拖鞋，沒有水，衹有5瓶洗髮水，沒有沐浴露，安保很到位，裝修和周圍環境不錯

地點適中：距離新山檢查站、走路大概10到15分鐘就到 價格公道：3居室的房型、最多可以供六個人居住、CP值算高 設施齊全：在中庭有游泳池，水質超高、其他還有如棋牌室、烤肉區、健走步道等等

實話説感覺挺一般的，但是很便宜，靠近兀蘭關口，但是聽本地人説這個位置治安不好，但是樓下有門衞，外人也進不來。酒店其實是公寓，需要自己去指定位置取鑰匙，全程自助，這個附近有一家榴蓮攤位很便宜，味道也不錯。吹風機不好用，插不上插座，衞生一般，床品潮潮的而且很多褶皺，感覺像別人住過的噴點水抻開給下一個人接着用的感覺衞生條件很一般

不錯，床很舒服，被子是純棉的所以很透氣，離關口比較近，通過天橋走過來還算方便，有陽台風景不錯，涼衣服會很方便，但如果衣架可以提供多一些會更好😅

"We had a splendid 46th floor, 3-day stay at The Bess Homestay, and it was a truly great experience for both me and my family. The location is convenient, with Johor Bahru customs just 7-8 minutes away, and plenty of shops and malls nearby. The homestay is beautiful, clean, windy and the hosts are responsive to requests. Nice apartment with beautiful seaview. Easy access to city square shopping mall via a covered link walkway about 10 to 15 min. There are plenty of choices for food around the RF mall below the apartment. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The only issue is that there is no WiFi signal in the master bedroom. The rest of the area is fine.

This was our second time staying at the apartment, and we were excited to revisit it again. While we enjoyed the stay overall, but was disappointed with the up keeping of the apartment. The apartment smelt of strong nicotine left from previous occupier. Chocolate wrapper found in one of the bedroom. Bidets were not working at both master bedroom and common toilet. Blackout curtain railing was damaged. Aircon at one of the common room were not cool. Had to remind host that check in timing is 2pm on 永安 when I was advised to check in 3pm. This was subsequently sorted.

I am absolutely satisfied with the hotel service, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the on-site staff. Upon check-in, when my allocated parking lot was occupied by another vehicle, your staff promptly resolved the issue with efficiency and professionalism. In addition, when I requested replenishment of toilet items, the service was provided very promptly and courteously. Excellent job overall! The location is great and the view is magnificent, overlooking the Causeway and Singapore. I enjoyed my stay!

Very nice sea view from the apartment. It is very clean with toilet amenities and towels provided. Spacious enough rooms for many people. Easy check-in and check-out. Recommended to go if you want to find a place to chill and stay over the weekends. Price is affordable for large group.

Spacious apartment, lots of landscaping and facilities. Mall are mostly closed or not yet open. Location is convenient especially for those that doesn't drive. Card access for every block, security guards are everywhere. Carpark can be quite confusing to navigate. Thou im assigned a lot of L6.
