新山市區酒店好評 這家新山市區酒店體驗超棒！設施很新且完善，房間寬敞乾淨，細節處盡顯質感。地段更是無可挑剔，緊鄰City Square等商圈，步行可達阿福街，吃飯購物都方便，部分高樓層還能賞城市夜景[__LINK_ICON]。離JB Sentral或新加坡關口也近，交通便捷，無論是旅居還是中轉都超合適。

I stayed for one night, and while the location was convenient, there were several cleanliness issues that affected the experience. There was noticeable dust buildup in the corners of the ceiling and walls, which gave the room a neglected feel. Additionally, the towel and pillowcase had a musty smell, which was quite unpleasant. I could also hear noises from the hallway during the night. I hope the hotel can improve on cleanliness and overall room maintenance.

Stayed at the Junior suite room, very clean and bright. Great to be equipped with Smart TV. Staff also friendly and check-in process is fast and hassle-free. The cons: no shower screen at the shower room, making the whole bathroom wet after showering. Soundproofing is quite bad, can hear water rushing from the room above in the middle of the night. Didn't really have good night sleep.

New and clean, 5mins drive from ksl mall where you can find plenty of food options The bathroom could be better by separating the dry and wet area.

Though rooms are rather small, hotel is generally clean! Also the lobby looks great, hotel is new so overall facilities are great as well. Staff are friendly as well. Appreciate that the toilet is pretty big since the room is rather small. But do take note that you have to pay deposit in cash! They also have a really good massage place nearby, sense reflexology.

Hotel is relatively new and clean. Design is cozy and nice. Mattress and pillows are firm and comfortable no aching in morning. Bathroom shower pressure is very good and strong. Only issue is not enough clothes hanging space. Surrounding there’s quite a number of F&B and massage shops.

The room look nice and clean , the bed is comfortable. Theres no bathroom rug so after shower the floor becomes so wet n slippery. It would be better if slippers or house shoes provided. This morning check out , encounter this rude Malay front desk staff , she was black face throughout ; unlike her colleague the Indian girl who is nice n pleasant.

It seems like a new hotel which was opened recently. Rooms were clean and has a neat look. Hot water flow for bathing was great. Near quite a few massage shops and walkable distance to Plaza Pelangi. Provides water flask for you to refill water in your room and has a water dispenser on every floor. I was really happy with the stay!
