Huge clean rooms, good views of the city and partial views of the sea. They gave us the key to the wrong room and we somehow entered an apartment with the occupants belonging still inside. Staff was responsive on WhatsApp, rooms were huge and clean, aircon works well

有史以來住過最好的酒店，房間寬敞，洗衣機蒸烤箱電磁爐島台衣櫃都有，設施齊全，隔音也不錯，樓下就有泳池健身房，贊👍🏻！！！酒店附近步行可達陳旭年文化街，City Square購物美食通通拿下😎

The place was nice. Suitable for family with kids. Location wise is very near to Singapore. After long hours on the bridge to cross back to Malaysia, it’s good that the apartment was near so that we can reach home early and rest early. The check in and out was smooth. But the quest to finding the parking lot was quite adventurous 😅

第一次到新山住民宿酒店，房間設施齊全衞生，面對海景很優美，一家人入住有足夠空間， 只係服務方面有點甩漏 ，有改善空間， 去接待處取鎖匙位置亦都比較難找。

The good: comfortable bed, decent cleanliness, working aircon, game console was cool, nice view at #48. The bad: Host expect you to contact them on the day else no sound no pic. Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that. Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card. After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”. The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere. Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic). Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at R&F Princess Cove in Johor Bahru, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to R&F Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible. A pedestrian bridge connects the residence directly to the mall, allowing for effortless access .   The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The views from the balcony were stunning, offering a serene backdrop to our visit. The facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, R&F Princess Cove offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Johor Bahru, whether for business or leisure.

The room is so clean, it’s spacious and the view outside is good. Although we had a little bit of difficulty booking a grab going there, the owner is kind enough to guide us how to go. Even late at night, she answers my queries. Will definitely book again next time 🥰❤️

We had a truly wonderful one-night stay at YIQIYIHUI (一期一會)! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The decor created such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Location-wise, it was perfect — peaceful yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary mineral water, fast Wi-Fi, and the super comfy bed! Would highly recommend YIQIYIHUI to anyone visiting Johor Bahru. We can’t wait to come back again for a longer stay!
