Disappointed at the weird smell and small cockroach but cannot complain much due to price and location. Staff tried to help eliminate smell but think it has to do with the air con. Super location though.

Overall, the experience was okay. The location near the mall is convenient. However, I was dissatisfied with the room's air conditioning, which was not working properly. After informing the reception, they simply sent someone in to fix it without any prior notice. Thankfully, nothing went missing during the process. Even after the repair, the air conditioner still did not function properly.

Broken sofa . Tv very small , smoking room . Although they came to spay air perfume. Very disappointing. Bed is way too old.

Pros 1)Staff are responsive 2)Location is a max plus point Cons Dust from the ventilation fan in the toilet has been blowing the dust to the basin where we placed our toothbrush. It would be good to perform routine cleaning of the ventilation fan. Overall experience is quite pleasant, will go back again.

The location was good, right above Paradigm Mall. Service provider was prompt in replying to messages and gave clear check-in, check out guide with videos. The place is just nice for a family of 6. Slightly down side is the water pressure in the bathroom could be abit stronger, but this is subjective to individuals.

Location is good and the customer service respond quite fast. Downside is the cleanliness really need significant approve, and such big unit only have a dinning table with 4 seaters.
