預訂的酒店離市區不近，到達那邊衹能打車去，所以退房，但是不予退款，所以體驗感很差，但是周邊有奧特萊斯，可以去逛逛

Recently transitioned to the Swing & Pillows brand, with ongoing renovation that's now largely complete. The all-important Quality of Welcome, so rare in JB hotels, is outstanding. Kudos to Umar, Jason and the team. 👍🏼 😍. Check in is fast and efficient. Keypad code for entry to the property if reception unattended may seem obvious, but it's a big help with both security and quality of life for hotel guests. Rooms are truly spotless, towels and linens are new and fresh, the bathrooms functional and the showers 🚿 enjoyable. All these things are rareties that are not to be taken for granted with JB hotels in this price range. By the way, even the Single Room No Windows is fairly spacious and the aircon and WiFi (do select the 5GHz band) are very effective. An easy, and strong, recommendation from me. I've been visiting JB for over 15 years, lived in JB for over a year before Covid-19 and have been super critical of JB hotels (price, quality, service, cleanliness and security / safety concerns) over the years. Swing & Pillows @Johor Bahru is a successful transformation of an old property. Well done 👏🏼 💕.

Overall, the place is very clean and the facilities are quite new. However, the soundproofing is poor — I could constantly hear noises from upstairs and outside the door, even late at night.

방에 창문이 없는 방이었음. 가격대비 가성비는 굉장히 만족 에어콘이 춥습니다. 에어콘을 안틀면 습기떄문에 힘들어요 안전합니다

Hotel baru, kebersihan tip top, hotel cantik, ada lift, ada hot shower, selesa. Sangat puas hati. Staff sangat baik. Location nk mkan Suma dekat sangat. Ada kedai mamak bukak 24hour. Nk ke town 15 minit je drive. Harga sangat pocket friendly.

No water kettle but dispenser outside corridor. No coffee, just boh tea. Shampoo and body wash was empty and could be better. Room isn't thats fantastic clean sheet and pillows sufficients

For me good location, nice place and clean hotel. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

コスパの悽く良いホテルです。他のDormitoryより若干値段高いのですが、個室であるだけに、ストレスなく宿泊出來ます。勿論個室にシャワー・トイレ完備。しかも衞生面全く問題無く、綺麗です。徒歩10程度にケンタッキーやバーガーキング、地元のフードコートがあります。オススメです。

Hotel bersih Dan nyaman, tempat makan pun dekat ada kedai makan buka 24 jam, resepsionis nya ramah, btw buat kalian Dari Indonesia boleh dtg hotel ini, dijamin tidur nyenyak , akses kemana2 dkf ke terminal Larkin pun dkt ke paradigmall pun dkt , semua dekat😍 rekomend
