UH FLAT 酒店 & 度假村 PINETREE (UH FLAT HOTELS & RESORTS PINETREE)

Overall, I had a very good stay in the 3-bedroom room. The room itself was comfortable, and everything was good in general. However, I was quite disappointed with the service at the reception. I asked the receptionist, who was a woman, whether I could have a late check-out of just 30 minutes. She told me it was not possible because the hotel was fully booked and there was another guest waiting for the room. I understood that and was considering staying one more night instead. When I checked the website myself, I saw that there were still rooms available. So I asked whether, if I booked another night, I could stay in the same room, and she said yes. That left me confused and disappointed. If I could stay in the same room for another night, I do not understand why a late check-out of only 30 minutes was not possible, or why there was no flexibility at all. I would have understood if there was a policy, and I would even have been willing to pay a little extra. I only asked because I was worried I might not return from shopping in time. What upset me the most was not only the answer, but also the attitude. The receptionist did not seem friendly and often looked unhappy or unfriendly when speaking to us. As a Thai guest, I could not help but wonder whether we were treated differently, and that made me feel very sad.The stay itself was good, but the front desk service made the experience less pleasant.

I'm more than happy with my stay at UH Flat Hotels and Resorts Pinetree. Special mention goes to Mark, Jeremy, Firdaus and Danish. They were very helpful and professional. I'll definitely return again.

酒店位置適合自駕遊，入住的兩天下大雨，周邊情況不熟悉，吃飯得開車幾公里，或者是我們沒找對位置。房間很大也乾淨，但是衞生間下水單的反味簡直讓人難以忍受。酒店雖來人進行清洗，無法從根源上解決，衹能用垃圾袋加水後堵住下水道，緊閉衞生間大門，味道仍然漂出來。 另：入住時店員收取20元房間税，離店時請對方出具收據或者收費證明及依據，全程黑臉説我們沒有權利。後電話永安進行了投訴，得以解決。 第一次點評不推薦。

位置離第二新馬關口很近，不堵車打車10分鐘即可到達 第一間房，我住的下水道服務特別嚴重，整個客廳都是味道溝通之後換到了第二間，情況稍微好。不過也有反味 值得一提的是，整棟樓屬於一個五星度假集團，而通過uh flat訂購的房間，基本上是最便宜的房間價格，雖然房間內設施可能稍微平價，但公共區域比如泳池健身房，其實大家都是用的相同，所以性價比來説還是很OK的

I’ve seen this hotel many times, but this was our first stay and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s probably one of the better hotels in JB, especially for its affordable price. This  2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is spacious and comes with a proper kitchen, utensils, and a washing machine. It’s a serviced apartment with a sea and greenery view. The place is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the WiFi is better than most hotels in the area. There is a nearby supermarket, The Pasar, and several restaurants along the lake, which makes it very convenient for meals and groceries. One suggestion for improvement: there are many switches for the lights, air-conditioning, and fan. It would be helpful to label them so guests don’t have to guess which switch controls what.

Upon check in late at night 11plus pm, room 511, Living room and toilet flooring have long black hair, living room dining chair with bits of food on the chair. Roim have strong musky smell. Toilet have sewerage smell when flush everytime. Housekeeping also didn’t refill toilet roll. Bedsheet havr stains. Need to improve on cleanliness.

주방용품들도 준비되어있고 직원도 친절하고 한국분이 계시드라구요? 신기했어요!! 샌딩셔틀도 준비되어있어서 썬웨이랑 점심먹으러 에코보타닉도 잘다녀왔습니다ㅎㅎ

에어컨이랑 온수는 별도 스위치를 눌러야 나와서 당황했지만.. 친절한 직원분께서 잘설명해주셨어요 다른 문화인건가 신기했습니다ㅋㅋㅋ 싱가폴 여행온김에 여행가는 홍보영상보고 와봤는데 재밌었습니디

한국인이 많이 찾는 숙소인가봐요!! 체크인할때 프론트에 한국직원분께서 맞아주셔서 기분좋게 당황했어요. 체크인부터 너무 편하게 했네요 :):) 넓을꺼같다라곤 생각했는데 생각보다도 더 방이 넓고, 화장실도 크고 청결해서 좋았습니다. 싱가폴여행에 말레이시아 묶어서 와봤는데 시간이 지나도 기억에 남을거 같아요 너무 좋았어요!
