附近都裝修 酒店位置需要經過餐廳 才能入內，找酒店都花不少時間 個人不建議 （附近還有同名分酒店 容易找錯）

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location access was very inconvenient. Although there is ongoing construction work around the area, there were no proper guidelines, signage, or directional boards provided to guide guests to the hotel. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience upon arrival. Secondly, it is disappointing that no complimentary mineral water was provided in the room, which is normally a basic amenity expected by guests. Lastly, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The toilet bowl cover was cracked, which reflects poor maintenance and raises concerns about hygiene and overall room quality. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations, and I hope the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Location is good，however with the construction site around can be quite dusty. Don't expect much of the amenities. Have to "borrow" hair dryer for the 2 nights stay. However the room is spacious & Aircon, water heater working fine despite some age. If you are looking for budget stay nearby CIQ and don't mind lack of amenities this can be the place to lay over.

The rooms should be cleaned properly. There is leftover soap from other customers in the bathroom. The shower curtain hanger is loose, and when you open the door, the curtain falls off the rack. The shower tap doesn’t work — you have to turn on the water via the main heater switch. Everywhere looks dusty (especially the windows), and the mattress and pillows smell bad. Should provide tissue for the customer to use. There is no hair dryer too. Normal day price is $40+ but when go on seasonal will up to $60+ for the same room. Ground of Restaurants must tell the customer next time every morning breakfast of Nasi lemak is without fries chicken (according to the menu’s have fries chicken, but look like they charge full of Nasi lemak price), according to the menu’s ordered the fries noodle but when I get is fries vermicelli (without meat, no chicken or other meat).

We arrived a bit late at night around 11. But I already booked early morning. We booked 2 rooms. A bit disappointed when the rooms looks untidy. There is a cup that fill with coffee not been washed. No mineral. Bed look messed. Already call reception and they say will call the room service but no action at all. End up it just be like that.

拉完了 床頭沒有充電的 非常的拉 床的擺放也很不對勁兒 設施也非常陳舊 根本看不出來像是新開的酒店 壁壘壁壘壁壘 拉完了！！

過年了從新加坡回國，順路去了一趟Johor Bahru。 前台很nice，景色正對市中心，可以看到海灣。比較舒服的，就是淋浴沒有熱水
