It's a fairly new hotel at the town. Located just behind city square, however you need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the hotel. But to get to city square from the hotel, there's shortcut from level 3. Overall, i didn't expect the hotel to be so new and clean. Everything is decent. New TV, new air con, new water heater. They even provide water dispenser 👏

We stayed for 1 night. Room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is also great for travellers coming from Singapore.

酒店不錯，應該是華人開的酒店？所以住的體驗，除了公共衞浴以外還是比較符合中國人的入住習慣的，就在新山車站/關口旁邊，如果是從新加坡過關來新山的住這裏挺合適。新酒店也還是蠻乾淨的 不過我住的那間房是靠近大馬路的，所以晚上時不時會有機車聲音比較響（不過似乎這在大馬是個共性問題…一到晚上就有機車飆車黨…所以沒有因為這個原因降低對酒店的評分，但也是給聲音敏感的朋友們提個醒）

Pros: Very spacious room, comfortable for families or groups 2 queen beds, each comes with 3 firm pillows (good support) Aircon is strong and cools the room quickly Shower water pressure is strong, using Midea water heater Bedsheets, towels, pillowcases are clean and fresh Floor and toilet tiles are clean enough to walk barefoot Overall room hygiene is well maintained Access / Location Notes: There is a separate lift from room floors to Level 5, which brings you out to street level facing City Square Mall Main hotel entrance is via the side next to Public Bank

Location is near CIQ and City Square. But you must enter Wisma HYH from Jalan Trus, not Jalan Wong Ah Fook. There is a pedestrian walkway near Public Bank to reach the entrance. Hotel is very new and clean, only a month old, as told by reception. There is toothbrushes, towels and mineral water provided. Room also has hair dryer. Suitable for small families because room can fit 4 adults, given 2 queen sized beds.

酒店條件很好 性價比也非常高 但是注意位置極其難找 費了很大的勁 問了很多當地人 最後找人帶路才找到 地圖定位也不準
