新山晶冠酒店 (Crystal Crown Hotel JB)

這次入住酒店的整體體驗非常不錯。房間乾淨寬敞，設計簡約卻不失温馨，讓人一進門就放鬆下來。床的軟硬度剛好，一夜睡得特別安穩。服務人員也很友善，從辦理入住到離開都讓人感受到貼心與專業。酒店的地理位置方便，附近吃的多、交通也便利。總體來説，這次住宿非常舒適，會願意再

房間衞生整體很乾凈。除了設施太老舊。其他的整體還不錯。鏡子照着床，晚上睡不踏實，醒了好幾次。

Stayed for one night in the deluxe room. Location is near KSL (5 min walk). Room was spacious and with a good view as we were on 14th floor. Although there was some issue as the vent outside our original room was making loud dripping sounds, the manager managed to help us change to a nearby room and allowed us a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Would stay again as it is value for money!

Its a great place for a short family getaway. The room big and very nice , very confortable to sleep in, shampoo soap tootbrush toothpaste ,slippers were provided.love the bathtub.Breakfast good . Will come again

Searched before booking, says that it's newly renovated on both google and website. The room we got is the old ones and air con was barely working. Little to zero cold wind blowing out when putting my hand directly at the air vent. Called using their telephon, no one picked up. Used their QR Code given for requesting service, said the maintenance team will come up to help us, waited for an hour and no one came up. Luckily we saw some reviews on google reviews that the maintenance team wouldn't come up unless I go down to the front counter, which eventually I did after and then an uncle came to "fix it", as you can see from the photo. Even after fixing, it wasn't cold too and it was late. So we eventually have to plug in our mini portable handheld fan and place it beside us to be able to sleep. Not to even mention that the toilet and bathtub was very old, marks here and there, chairs have some white stain which I didn't took photo cos I was so tired. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this hotel again. The only good point about this hotel is that down the street theres tons of food and KSL is just 5mins walk.

Bare bones budget hotel, walls were paper thin, room was clean but had terrible mould condition in the washroom. Good for a short stay and relatively clean. Do not recommend the carpark as it is poorly constructed with sharp and small bends.

房間裝修有點舊，不過算很大，但電視機卻是不合比例的小，電視台的選擇也少。 酒店有游泳池和其他設施，但好像都有點失修。 早餐食物的選擇算是不錯。

酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰 KSL 商場，步行幾分鐘即可到達，購物和用餐都非常方便。出行方面，通過 Grab 打車也很方便，基本無需等待太久。 房間設施完善，空間寬敞，佈置舒適且乾淨整潔，讓人住得很安心。 總體來説，這家酒店性價比高，無論是旅遊還是商務出行，都是一個非常不錯的選擇。以後來新山的話還會優先考慮入住這裏

Hotel location is great. 10 mins walk to KSL Mall and nearby is the Century Street Food Centre. Our room is newly renovated. It was clean, very spacious & equipped with all the necessary amenities. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only downside was the aircon was not cold. The service provided by the lady at the reception was commendable. Overall had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a rite infont of bus stop, you can take bus number T20 from JB customs . Besides hotel rights hand side got a money changer, a mini market, behind you, walking around 10 minutes to reach KSL sopping mall, and many good hotels, if you like shopping, can stay here the other side of the hotel got one big fish head steam boat , a lot of customers. I don't like steam boats, so I never try it is nice or no nice . Opposite the fish head steam shop, got one big food centre, price is ok, one bottle of beer cost Rm 18, food is so so, environment is fine, counter staff is friendly, bill boy Auman is helpful and friendly. The room is large, and only the bathtub below is leaking ,so the floor can be wet, not a suitable seniors guest. I stay during weekdays, I think the price is a bit high. Otherwise, it should be OK. Out of 5, i will rate 4, alot of room to improve.
