KSL温泉度假酒店 (KSL Hot Spring Resort)

房間挺乾淨，就是浴缸浴室地板太滑，摔了一跤，酒店給合作診所報銷了醫療費，永安也給了補償。還問酒店要了輪椅。

房間不錯的，這家酒店環境整潔，房間佈置温馨，服務熱情周到。早餐種類豐富，口味佳。總體性價比高，適合短途旅行或商務出差。

Smooth check in and check out. Room was clean, just that location is abit on the secluded side, carpark gantry not down. Overall, good. Will book again because of the clean room and amenities provided.

Our family booked this hotel was a last minute plan and lucky there’s a room that’s still available even though it’s far from the hotel that we want. 1) the room doesn’t provided with iron and iron board we have to call them and took them like few minutes to picked our call. They send them after 30 mins late and we are late for our dinner. 2) the iron wire, the tape the wire and plugs with a black tape to cover it. So when I used to iron my clothes, it’s not proper working and also I feel a lil electric shocks and not continue to use it. 3) my toddler has a sudden fever and we called up the receptionist to inform about we wanted an extra small towel and they acknowledge it. We called them at 2am and waited until 4am and we called them back again and they send us one shower towel instead. Mind you I was freaking worried about my child condition at that time of point. 4) weeks decided to extend one stay for few hours and I was told that late check out is until 6pm and there for will be rm 70 ringgits. Another last minute plan changed, we decided to extend our stay until the next day but was told by one of the staff that we needed to book via Agoda apps to extend our stay instead of explaining saying that they csn deduct half of yhe amount instead of paying rhe full amount instead. Already disappointed 5) the channels tv doesn’t have YouTube like normal ksl does. 6) don’t have any menus for us to order food for last mins hungry at night and wanted to order food my sick toddler but we used grab instead 7) the toilet böle been hearing annoying things like krik2. Overall we don’t mind about location but the satisfaction wasn’t there at all 8) system to check in need to wait 15 mins at staff told us the system is lagging. What a waste.

性價比極高，房間出乎意料很乾凈很新！ 床很好睡👍🏻 該有的都有，停車場很大免費停車，還有温泉♨️但是回去晚了沒去感受。 廁所的馬桶有點破，其他都沒問題。 下次來新山還會住的

The room is the right size. Lift is very slow. Bed is not comfortable and doesn't smell or look clean. The toilet tiles are slippry. Have to be extremely careful when bathing. The toilet is very noisy. Especially at night when the place is quiet. The toilet slightly door is no good. Stuck in between. Pillow is not comfortable. Will be my 1st and last time there.

First room aircon was not working, technician only came after an hr to rectify. Was told to monitor. Prior to that other customer from the same level also complained aircon auto shutting down. With numerous feedback from customer experiencing same issue, the hotel then usher and gave us the liberty to switch room. The rooms was quite dirty in my opinion. Bed frame was stained, lines felt quite dirty too, not something I would have expected in the past when I stayed with them. Toilet amenities were present but the toilet felt really mouldy, as per picture depicted the sink was cracked but was putty and cemented back. Not to mentioned, there were ants roaming around freely near the tv console. For the price I’ve paid for a deluxe room I don’t think I can complain much for the communication and hospitality. However please fix your aircon issue. I think that’s the very basic function one hotel should desire.

The hot spring opening hours is very limited, it's ridiculous. I could not go within my stay. It's the only hot spring in the area They gave me a room with a limited view when I asked for a nice open view. The swimming pool closes super early. The floor directory indicates other opening hours than the real ones. There was a cockroach in the sauna.

The cleanliness is ok, room is also nice, modern and cozy. However, i ordered grab food but forgot to request for cutlery so i called room service to borrow cutlery but they dont provide!! Nearby there were no shops. Wish they could improve with room amenities. Overall satisfied with the room!! Bfast was also ok though choices were limited.

Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant.
